Dr. Malone received his undergraduate degree in Physics from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina., and completed his medical training at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He then completed his internship and residency in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry at the William S. Hall Psychiatric Institute in Columbia, South Carolina.
Dr. Malone has been a clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine for five years and is a regional and national speaker on substance abuse, mood disorders and ADHD. He is the service director of the Intensive Outpatient Program at Three Rivers Behavioral Health.
Dr. Malone is board certified in general psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and forensic psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is certified in addiction medicine with ASAM. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law, and the South Carolina Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Mohiuddin received his Medical School Education at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, India. His general psychiatry residency was completed at William S. Hall Psychiatric Institute in Columbia, SC. Dr. Mohiuddin received his permanent license to practice Medicine in the state of South Carolina in 1983.
Dr. Mohiuddin served as Staff Psychiatrist at the Columbia Area Mental Health Center and Attending Psychiatrist at Palmetto Richland Springs from 1985–2011. He has been an Attending Psychiatrist at Three Rivers Behavioral Health since August 2011.
Dr. Mohiuddin is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is also a member of The American Psychiatric Association.
