Military/First Responders

Trauma Recovery Treatment for Military Members

The Trauma Recovery Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a specialty program track offered to military members, veterans and first responders ages 18 and older. This treatment program focuses on recovery from trauma as it relates to emotions, the environment, trust and the brain.

Partial hospitalization at Three Rivers offers an alternative to inpatient hospitalization in a less restrictive setting. Often, this level of care can bridge the gap between acute inpatient and outpatient services for adults. The Trauma Recovery PHP is designed for military members and first responders who are in need of an intense, structured program, but do not require 24-hour continuous care. Those who would qualify for the program include individuals with depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder and/or obsessive-compulsive behavior.

Partial Hospitalization provides a multifaceted program that includes:

  • 2 hours of process groups each day
  • 2 hours of psychoeducation
  • Weekly sessions with a psychiatrist

Partial Hospitalization Program

Meets Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
