Admissions at Three Rivers Behavioral Health

We are always available to offer you, your clients and your family help and hope. A simple phone call can begin the process of taking a second chance for a new beginning. The first step to a healthier, happier quality of life begins with a call to our Assessment and Referral Center.

To make an appointment for a confidential, no-cost assessment, make a referral or get more information, contact Three Rivers Behavioral Health by phone 24/7 at 803-796-9911 or 866-796-9911.

Please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away if you or a loved one is experiencing a crisis.

How do I refer an individual to Three Rivers Behavioral Health?

We welcome referrals by medical or mental health care givers, case managers, employee assistance programs, family members, community agencies, hospitals, clergy, friends and patients themselves. If you would like more information, call our Assessment and Referral Center at 803-796-9911 or toll-free at 866-796-9911.

What can I expect at an initial assessment?

During the assessment, a licensed mental health professional will help you understand what type of care best meets your needs. You may then be referred to a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist or other mental health professionals for outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization or inpatient treatment. You and your family may be involved in deciding which treatment option is right for you.
